I found my passion for outcome based massage therapy during a daunting year of high school. My father was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, my step mother with Plantar Fasciitis and my mother with De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. All three of them suffered for almost a year before I chose to go to school for Massage Therapy. Once I was in school I practiced what I was learning on them every week. Seeing their pain significantly improve seemed like magic to a young therapist.

My focus is to help you achieve your goals. Maybe for you that goal is eliminating pain during your golf swing or increasing hip mobility to help you PR your back squat. Maybe you want to find some comfort during your pregnancy or you just need some time on the table to relax and let your stress melt away. I'm here to help.

I attended Everest College and received my diploma in 2008. I passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork September 2008. My education consisted of training in many different modalities. Including deep tissue, trigger point, swedish, prenatal, sports and so much more.
