Practice Philosophy: Our bodies where created with wholeness and greatness. Throughout our lives our bodies create muscle memory of all life events, whether it is a good or traumatic. Once that balance has been disrupted the wholeness becomes weakened with tension,stress, and pain. The soul purpose of massage therapy is to help facilitate the bodies natural healing process to get back to that homeostatic state

As a Myomassologist my mission is to help the body along in its healing process and create that balance with a client-centered bodywork that encourages relaxation, self awareness and overall well being.
To help with my mission I have studied modalities such as: Swedish massage,Trigger Point Therapy, Pre-natal Massage, Canine Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial, LomiLomi and CranioSacral Techniques.
