Lavone asked very good questions before we started and worked beautifully on areas where I have had many injuries. She asked for feedback along the way, and I felt great the next day. It is obvious that Lavone has a gift for helping and healing her clients. I recommend her highly, especially if you have old injuries and patterns that give you pain. I look forward to my next massages.
