Heather is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Heritage College in 2005. She often combines a variety of modalities throughout her treatments to customize each massage for her clients. She most enjoys deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy to provide each client with the most benefits with a single session for his/her unique needs. Between using different massage techniques and discussing self-care methods, she hopes to maximize every session. She enjoys working with all clients, whether they need a little relaxation and rejuvenation or more specific help and healing for particular issues.
