I was drawn to the art of healing touch at a young age and began by offering massage and energy work to friends. I have now been practicing massage therapy professionally for 15 years and continue to master this gift with advanced trainings and workshops in a vast array of modalities. I have developed excellent skills in deep and sports therapeutic bodywork, having been a competitive gymnast myself with both a hands-on and experiential understanding of the intricate workings of the human body...

I have developed excellent skills in deep and sports therapeutic bodywork, having been a competitive gymnast myself with both a hands-on and experiential understanding of the intricate workings of the human body. I have trained in HeartMind Shiatsu and work with the subtle energetics of the meridian system to facilitate balance and flow within body. I'm also a natural energy worker and have honed in this gift with trainings in Reiki and Quantum Touch and with my own dedicated yoga and meditation practice. My intention with each session is to offer precisely what my client needs in the present moment to move through any pain, injury, or blockages that might be there, activate the healing power within, and access the state of balance and bliss that is our birthright. For 10 years I worked at least 1/2 of year as a Massage Therapist/Bodyworker in Colorado between Vail and Boulder, CO working for renowned Spas and Healing Centers and private clientele. In Boulder I completed my level 1 HeartMind Shiatsu training with Matthew Sweigart.

For one year I lived and practiced Massage Therapy in Sausalito, CA at Cavallo Point Resort and Healing Arts Center. While living there, I travelled to Esalen Institute in Big Sur for an advanced bodywork training in Deep Bodywork founded by Perry Holloman.This method combines the integrating qualities of a flowing Esalen® Massage with the therapeutic effectiveness of deep tissue work.

I have relocated to South Florida in 2022 as an optimal place to live in thrive. I have begun working with C and C Spa and have recently completed an in depth training in the cupping modality with ICTA in Ft. Lauderdale and look forward to incorporating this powerfully healing work in sessions when requested and appropriate to meet a clients needs for their session.
