This was my first lymphatic massage. I did not know what to expect, but it was very gentle movements. I learned a little within that hour about the lymphatic system. Afterward, my body and mind felt relaxing.

There are many intangibles as far as my overall experience is concerned. I can’t say that at the end of our session I was one with the universe in the present moment, which is a true rarity for me. I was experiencing an effortlessness and ease in the way I was using my body and my brain. I believe this is because neither Bobbie or I were trying to fix me but simply letting ourselves “be”!
