I proceeded to start my degree in nursing knowing what I wanted to do was help people. While pursuing this degree, I came to the realization that I wanted to take a more holistic approach to people's health. While in the Massage Therapy program, I discovered all the great benefits on the body not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. I knew I found a career path I would love. I graduated in the summer of 2012.

By using a deeper approach to the body's "aches and pains" I feel like I can better use our time to create and full body sense of relaxation and relief. I have in depth knowledge in modality including deep tissue, swedish, trigger point, sports, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. A recent trip throughout Europe really opened my eyes to how the rest of the world is living so health and happy by taking care of their bodies. They all had their favorite local spots, whether it was a deli, a coffee shop, or restaurant where they knew they would be taken care of almost like family.
