Abena Williams departed from the financial and hospitality industry not really knowing her next steps. One day she walked into the Denver School of Massage Therapy to get information. It was there that, Abena believes that through massage therapy she will be able to help people make a connection between their body and spirit that in turn allows people to learn and become more confident in themselves. Abena was certified in August 2014 with 815 hours of massage. One of the qualities that set Abena apart from most massage therapist is her dedication and focus. She not only strives to teach others the techniques, but she is always willing to learn. That tenacity for learning is what drives a unique and enjoyable experience for her clients. Abena is the proud mother of 3 and enjoys spending time with her children. Abena's mission is to reach as many people as she can with a positive touch. Abena is experienced in several modalities of massage, including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy, and Shuitu.
