Aundrea is committed to keeping her skills competitive and up to date with continual improvements to her services and expansion of her knowledge. She regularly attends lectures, courses, obtains new certifications, and reads the newest updates on massage, technologies and advancements in her field, insights into the body, and updated courses and treatments to provide the highest quality massage. Aundrea prides herself on keeping her massage clinical based to aid in pain management and tension release with a side of relaxation to help with the mental health aspect of massage. Aundrea follows a personal statement of, “helping to reduce the pain in people’s lives permanently, not just temporarily”.
