Hello, I am Andres Glaze. I’m a licensed massage therapist helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve overall wellness. Trained in modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic stress, or just in need of relaxation, my goal is to provide a therapeutic experience rooted in care, professionalism, and results.
I became a massage therapist out of a genuine passion to help people feel better so they can enjoy their best life and all their favorite activities. I find it deeply rewarding to see the immediate and positive effects that therapeutic touch can have—whether it’s relieving tension, improving mobility, or simply restoring a sense of ease. My goal is to support each client in achieving a body that feels both functional and comfortable, creating space for healing, balance, and well-being.
I encourage open communication and invite you to share your specific needs and concerns so that together, we can create a personalized treatment plan tailored to support your goals and overall well-being. Your health and well-being truly matter to me. I’m here to support you in finding relief from tension and helping your body feel more at ease, comfortable, and cared for.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy a variety of activities that keep me active and engaged, including volunteer work, cooking, boxing, archery, weight training, and running. I’m especially drawn to pursuits that encourage spending time outdoors. I strongly believe in the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle, as it plays a vital role in supporting both physical health and mental well-being.

In January 2025, I had the privilege of offering massage therapy at the Interfusion Festival. I worked with attendees who had spent long hours standing, dancing, and moving, helping them relieve soreness and restore their energy. I also supported vendors who were experiencing fatigue and tension from their demanding schedules, offering them a moment of care and relief amidst the busy event.
I have spent countless hours successfully providing deep tissue massage to a diverse range of clients. This experience has refined my ability to target chronic tension and address deeper layers of muscle, helping people experience lasting relief and improved mobility. Each session is guided by a therapeutic focus—aimed at restoring balance, enhancing performance, and supporting long-term wellness.
From summer through winter of 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with the Washington Commanders, providing restorative massage therapy to their athletes once a week. Working closely with the team, I focused on helping them unwind and recover after intense training sessions—supporting their performance, recovery, and overall physical resilience.
In October 2024, I had the opportunity to provide post-event massage therapy for participants of the BellRinger Bike Ride. Many riders arrived physically taxed and sore from the long distances they had completed. My focus was on easing muscle fatigue, reducing tension, and supporting their recovery after such a demanding physical effort.
I have dedicated hundreds of hours to practicing Swedish massage on a wide range of body types, allowing me to develop a deeply intuitive and therapeutic approach. This hands-on experience has enhanced my ability to tailor each session to the individual, promoting relaxation, easing muscular tension, and supporting overall physical restoration.
