My neck and back muscles were tight going into the massage. Lindsay did a great job removing some of the knots due to scarred tissues and I feel really relaxed after the massage. I would recommend her for deep tissue massaging.

Lindsay is wonderful! So smart and compassionate and knowledgeable. She has helped me so much with increasing my mobility and freeing up years of pain and releasing old hurts.

You go to the doctor, and s/he asks if you're experiencing any pain. You reply with, "only the normal amount of pain," to which the doctor responds with, "the normal amount of pain is zero." Hmmm...
I say this as a sincere compliment: This was the best pain I've ever felt. Lindsay broke up so much scar tissue, so many knots... My left arm/shoulder hurt so badly, I questioned whether I was having a heart attack. I wasn't.
I'd gotten so used to most of the pain, I didn't even realize how much pain I was in, until I wasn't anymore. There's a lengthy road ahead of me, but I love knowing I have Lindsay in my corner to get me back to 100%.
