My clients are primarily in recovery, re-establishing balance amidst disruption and actively engaging to stop the war in their minds. I practice meditation, eight limbs of yoga, twelve steps of recovery and spend time in nature and in community to stay grounded. The body keeps the score; breath and bodywork help clear your balance.
