After obtaining a degree in Holistic Health and certifications in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine & Pilates training Sharon wanted to be able to expand her services. Having a knack for feel and manual manipulation massage & bodywork therapy was a natural complimentary service. Sharon's mission statement is to serve, educate, and help enhance her clients quality of life.   

Sharon is an avid autism spectrum researcher and advocate. Sharon attends various continuing education workshops and educates the public on the benefits of massage and bodywork therapy for autism. Currently, Sharon is developing health and wellness seminars that will be open to the public. She is also studying to become an Ayurvedic practitioner. 

Being a Certified Master Herbalist, Sharon enjoys wild-crafting and making herbal remedies for an array of wellness needs. At home she enjoys spending time with her family and animals, relaxing at the river, experimenting in the kitchen, baking, and enjoys good coffee & tea.
