​From the moment I started my own healing journey, I knew I wanted to be a part of the team that helped black women heal, restore and transform themselves.  I feel blessed to be that which extends and produces joy for so many.  Much of my prayers include finding a collective of black women who find their purpose aligned with the same ideals. I am thankful to provide safety and comfort to black bodied  healers, leaders and creatives.

I didn't get here easily on no crystal stairs. I got here by failing and crying and growing. I got here by undoing and unlearning and looking at my shadows. Its with immense proudness that I am here to tell you that I am not nice, for most, or your negro.

I'm here doing this work because I was called.

I have been seeing Sharonda for medical massage for a few months, and occasional relaxation massages before that. - She always takes good care of me and tells it to me straight. - I have been so impressed with her knowledge of anatomy. I've never had a massage therapist show me a diagram of the muscles and explain why she was going to work on the area in a specific way. There are spots on my jaw, head, and neck that I have always complained about but other therapists didn't seem to know how to treat. Sharonda finds those uncommon trigger points, plus other ones I had no idea were contributing to my problems. - She communicates with me during the massage when she needs to but otherwise lets me focus on my body and my breathing. I always appreciate our warm up chat before and our debrief after each massage. - The advice she gives me to help maintain my progress between sessions is relevant and realistic.

Working with Sharonda has been nothing short of powerful. Though we’ve known each other for a long time, this was my first experience with her as an on-going client, and it immediately affirmed that her gifts and skills are truly unmatched. The consultation process alone was deeply intentional. It flowed organically and reciprocally, guided by love, clarity, and what felt like a mutual understanding between her spirit team and mine. I never felt rushed or “assessed” in a clinical way instead, I felt seen, heard, and thoughtfully supported. She has an incredible ability to tap in, listen beyond words, and assess what the body and spirit are actually asking for.
