Healing from my own pain and personal trauma led me to develope a passion for helping others to release trauma from their own bodies and to feel empowered and strong enough to grab hold of their lives with confidence. I have experienced first-hand how the power of massage has helped to ease the chronic pain and fatigue that I have been dealing with for years and now I’m on a mission to bring that healing touch to others who need it.

My journey to healing started out as a medical assistant to becoming a clinical nursing assistant and eventually the role of as a Behaviour Health Technician (BHT).  My goal was simple: To work in a hospital setting where I could provide hands-on care to patients and assist in their recovery. While working as a CNA, I felt a desire to do even more to help. I got a second job as a Behavioral Health Technician at an all-male sober living facility. 

I hung up my nurse’s cloak for good and immediately commenced with studies to become a certified massage therapist. Throughout mystudies, my opinion of the holistic benefits I have seen first-hand how targeted touch and manipulation of the body can yield incredible results that not only benefit patients’ bodies, but also calm their minds and lift their spirits. 

As a mom of two magnificent girls, my strong faith is the core of her life and practice and the driving force behind her calling to heal the world. I am now on an inspired journey to change lives and promote complete and holistic healing, one massage at a time.

My first visit to Angela was very positive, providing relief to a troubled muscle area due to my overexertion. I found Angela to be profession, knowledgeable and skillful. She investigated my situation, addressed my need, offered a couple different options and began to work out the knots. Her technique was precise, effective and relaxing. Truly this young lady is an asset to the massage profession. My advice is book early, get on her schedule and don't get off. Once the word gets out, she will become booked solid. Thank you, Angela, for all your help, I feel much better.

It was wonderful. The massage was extremely good and the provider was obviously interested in my overall wellbeing. I would recommend Angela to anyone. Additionally she did a fabulous job of turning a Tuff Shed into a massage studio. It was neat, calming, and comfortable.

I went to see Angela following HD Body Sculpting. I was feeling like I was retaining fluid from my procedure becoming discouraged. After my massage, I noticed immediate results. Naturally, I rebooked for the following week and will continue. She is the real deal!
