In 2007, I graduated from The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. I earned my New York State License in February 2008. I have worked with private clientele since then. I have worked at five-star luxury spas, and retreat centers. I've been instrumental in opening spas and creating protocols.  Although these are trying times, massage is still a necessity. I am looking forward to seeing new clients and making massage affordable to Sullivan County. I feel that massage is not only a luxury, but vital to overall health and well being. Currently, I am providing out-call massage therapy treatments only. An additional mileage charge may be incurred for mileage above 20 miles from my home. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Myofascial Release

I studied Foundations in Myofascial Release in June 6-8, 2014. Walt Fritz was the instructor. Myofascial release is a hands-on soft tissue technique that facilitates a stretch into the restricted fascia allowing the release of the fascia.

Reflexology

In the class Integrating Reflexology into Client and Patient Care we studied offering short or extended Reflexology sessions at the end of a massage. Reflexology is applying touch to feet and hands and body systems are reflected within.

Other

I studied Essential Oils for Massage Therapists. This was an introduction to using essential oils to treat a variety of conditions.
