I really enjoyed my experience with Mary - it felt more therapeutic than a regular massage. She pointed out some issues that I wasn't even aware of and in retrospect, make sense. She also explained everything that she was doing pretty thoroughly and I felt much better after my appointment. Lastly, she made some really helpful suggestions for my future care even though I don't live in the area/can't regularly come back to You Knead Me.

Mary is wonderful! She's very knowledgeable of the body and what it needs to function as it should. I had my first cupping experience and she explained it all to me so I would feel very comfortable. I can't recommend her enough.
