I started on my journey in 2013. I needed to heal myself. I began learning about nutrition and movement and energy healing, like Quantum Touch.  I was introduced to The Emotion Code. I had several sessions and was amazed by it, so I learned and became certified practitioner.  I really believe that the negative energies we can absorb from past traumas and everyday life can affect how we feel.  

In 2017 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I have always loved massage and believe that we should all choose self care for ourselves.   We tend to forget about this while taking care of everyone and everything else in our lives.  

Being in the IT profession for over 25 years, I know first hand all the aches and pains we can have from a desk job, and the stress that comes with it.

I’ve had a lot of massages before and Tonya is at the top! She took a different approach to the typical deep tissue massage which was just what I needed. She incorporated stretching into the massage and spent more time on the trouble areas. I woke up this morning feeling sore, as expected but the pain that I had is gone! Great Job Tonya! I’m looking forward to my next one!

She was very attentive and knew exactly where to focus. This was much more in-depth than your typical, relaxation massage. I was definitely sore afterward, but it felt like she really worked out the areas that needed attention (which was what I wanted). I’d absolutely recommend her and will be back myself! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
