I started on my journey in 2013. I needed to heal myself. I began learning about nutrition and movement and energy healing, like Quantum Touch.  I was introduced to The Emotion Code. I had several sessions and was amazed by it, so I learned and became certified practitioner.  I really believe that the negative energies we can absorb from past traumas and everyday life can affect how we feel.  

In 2017 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I have always loved massage and believe that we should all choose self care for ourselves.   We tend to forget about this while taking care of everyone and everything else in our lives.  

Being in the IT profession for over 25 years, I know first hand all the aches and pains we can have from a desk job, and the stress that comes with it.

That Tonya does NOT disappoint! You tell her what’s buggy you and she really focuses on that spot! My neck & shoulders were full of knots and really tight and within seconds of her working on those areas I felt relief! OVERALL ALL AMAZING!!!!

I couldn't ask for anything else from a massage therapist. I had fallen 2 days before seeing her and she helped ease and remove the pain from the fall. I thank God for her.
