Regina is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Lancaster County native; mom to three dynamic sons, and a proud two-time graduate of Baltimore School of Massage, York Campus!  Her passion for Massage Therapy stemmed from her interest in healthcare.  She started working in long term care while in high school and earned her Certificate as a Nursing Assistant soon after graduation. Her CNA was a stepping stone, she wasn’t sure where it would lead until a few years later.  After the birth of her second child, and while still nursing, she strained her neck losing range of motion.  She didn’t want to risk taking pain medication or muscle relaxers that could harm the baby. Feeling sleep deprived and depleted, she decided to give massage therapy a try.  She contacted a family member who is an experienced Massage Therapist.  To her surprise, the massage aided in a speedy recovery. The Massage Therapist also encouraged her to enroll in the massage therapy program they offered in York.  She earned her Certificate in Massage Therapy and loved everything about it. She then took a break to allow her time to raise her family. She returned to her roots and enrolled again at the same campus. This allowed her to meet the licensing requirements that were added, to hone her skills, and add knowledge of all aspects of massage. She continues to take continuing education classes to stay on top of new techniques. Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy are a few favorites.  She considers the client’s needs when choosing classes. Regina prefers to incorporate various massage modalities to best suit the client’s individual needs through Integrated Massage.
