Deep tissue massage to me means digging in & also using elbows on pressure spots. Unfortunately I felt like someone basically rubbed lotion on me. The use of tool & cupping on back was rejuvenating. In the future I will try another place.

She explained the MLD to me in detail , and took the time to ask questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I was very relaxed and the massage worked well! She’s a gem!
