I am the founder of Knead to Heal LLC, where I specialize in therapeutic and medical massage focused on pain management, mobility support, and functional wellness. With experience working alongside VA Community Care patients and individuals managing chronic pain conditions, I combine therapeutic techniques with a patient-centered approach tailored to each individual’s goals and tolerance levels.

I have always had a natural ability and desire to help and heal, which led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. I attended American Spirit Institute in Williamsburg, Virginia, and I am board-certified through the NCBTMB. I am also a Medical Massage Practitioner certified through the LMT Success Group.

My primary focus is therapeutic massage, with an emphasis on helping patients who experience chronic pain better manage their symptoms and improve daily function. I have worked with patients experiencing a wide variety of conditions and believe in adapting each session to meet each patient’s needs and tolerance levels on any given day.

In addition to providing hands-on care, I bring a strong background in business and technology to my practice. I manage the operational and technical systems behind Knead to Heal, helping create a streamlined and supportive experience for patients navigating ongoing care plans and referrals.

My treatment philosophy centers on listening, adaptability, and compassionate care, with the goal of helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain quality of life through consistent, skilled therapeutic bodywork.
