A licensed therapist with a deep desire to help others find relief from their aches, pains and discomforts, no matter the cause! I truly believe we all tolerate more pain in our daily lives than we need to, and it's easier to get to the root of the problem than most of us realize. With the proper treatment, guidance and education, we can all lead pain free lives and focus more on enjoying every moment, rather than wondering what the physical repercussions of any given activity is going to be.
When I'm not working on helping my clients I'm off hiking, training for my next road race, recovering with Netflix, or getting a massage of my own!
