As a 2005 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I sought after a calling to offer help to those in pain, but in a somewhat different way than most.  After graduating from Carolina, I attended massage school at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC. I now own a massage clinic, Myocare, in Winston-Salem, NC. I provide hands on clinical massage therapy, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Medical Massage. My concentrations include, but are not limited to: athletes, pre and post surgical patients, chronic pain patients and anyone else seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal issues. 

Beyond being a business owner I have 3 beautiful girls and a farm with cows, horses, chickens, dogs and a cat to keep me busy!

Everything Ashley did was great. It was a good hurt. Ashley is very knowledgeable and great at giving a massage.

Ashley took time to find out where I was having pain and worked those areas. The next morning was the first time in about a month I woke up with pain in my neck and back of my head. I would highly recommend her.

Worked with Ashley for around 2 years and she is wonderful to work with. She knows how to find the trouble spots and get them to release. My regular visits with her keep my back under control.

I have been working with Ashley for many years. Ashley always takes the time to ensure she knows my areas of concern before we get started. She checks in on pressure to ensure comfort. I always walk out of her massages feeling much better - physically and mentally!
