As a 2005 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I sought after a calling to offer help to those in pain, but in a somewhat different way than most.  After graduating from Carolina, I attended massage school at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC. I now own a massage clinic, Myocare, in Winston-Salem, NC. I provide hands on clinical massage therapy, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Medical Massage. My concentrations include, but are not limited to: athletes, pre and post surgical patients, chronic pain patients and anyone else seeking relief from pain due to musculoskeletal issues. 

Beyond being a business owner I have 3 beautiful girls and a farm with cows, horses, chickens, dogs and a cat to keep me busy!

Ashley is an outstanding massage therapist. This was my second session with her and she once again improved my range of motion and relieved some acute pain I was having in one visit. It literally felt like she took 50lbs off pressure off my lower back and my knees. Just incredible. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for relief!

Applying pressure on specific muscle groups, such as my glutes and IT band, has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing and making it difficult for me to perform regular daily activities. Thank you, Ashley 😊

Ashley's ability to pinpoint my pain points on the very first visit blew my mind. She is clearly knowledgeable, experienced and I trusted her immediately. I came specifically for TMJ and neck issues and she got after it. She even put on rubber gloves and massaged the inside of my mouth! I didn't know that was a thing but it has really helped. She's amazing and I am an Ashley B super fan.
