I learned all the basic massage techniques, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral and Tui Na.  I like to practice a integrated form of massage that I use a variety of the things that I have learned to help bring about change.  I like to help people with chronically tight and stiff muscles to improve their mobility and help with less pain.
I practice in my small town of Yacolt.  My office is in the only business plaza.
When I have any free time, I spend time with my children and granddaughters (of which I am so proud to have seven beautiful ones)
