I attended Soma Institute:Clinical Massage School Institute, (Chicago, IL).  I am a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist

I do a combination of Cranial Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Massage and Orthopedic Massage.
However I also perform; Pre-Natal Massage, Breast Cancer Massage, Reiki, Trigger Point Therapy.

I work at Massages Reduce Stress and Oak Lawn Chiropractic

I enjoy my quiet times, since they are so far and few in between.

Good pressure and technique for deep tissue and really helped me feel the stress dissipating from my neck and shoulders. I’ve made a point now to just schedule directly after and attempt to be consistent; I think it’s helping.
