While attending school studying Fine Art Ceramics, working in labor intensive jobs in music venues, gardens, cleaning homes, and helping run restaurants- I had to learn how to build and maintain the physical and mental stamina that allows me to enjoy my life.
I grew up under mentorship and studied massage with some of Worcester County's Master Massage Therapists for nearly a decade. Needing to expand my knowledge of anatomy beyond sculptures I began studying Complementary Health Care in hopes of offering alternative care for our bodies and minds. After a few detours, fate would find me receiving my Massage Therapy Certification from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy.
Receiving regular massage touch throughout school helped me form a very comfortable relationship with my body and learn my communication signals. Now, I hope to bring this familiarity of ones body to others along with the knowledge of self massage and the power of mental intention to bring awareness to our body's signals.
