I have been a Massage Therapist for over 16 years concentrating on Swedish style & deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, & treating every client like a friend. I take your aches and pains seriously, but be prepared to laugh when you are in my office. I have just finished my BA in Anthropology from Southern New Hampshire University May 2020. Currently I am working on my Masters in Gastronomy at Boston University. I enjoy reading food history, food memoirs, food & travel books, cooking, knitting, exploring new restaurants & spending time with my pets (& sometimes people). I drink a lot of coffee and believe strongly in the Swedish custom of fika (afternoon coffee break usually including a pastry).

Jen does a good job adjusting the treatment to focus on any areas that I have concerns on. Jen’s got a good touch - just the right pressure for me. End up leaving with all the kinks worked out and tend to wake up the next day feeling really good with extra energy. I feel Jen is a good value for the money. Her sessions seem to be a bit longer (closer to 50 minutes )than other therapists (40-45 minutes)
