Everything happens for a reason
4 years ago, I decided to change my career as a CNA. I wanted to continue helping people, so after researching online, massage therapy sounded like the best choice for me.
After 3 years of practicing, I feel it's the best time to expand, to better help my clients, as well as my family.
I provide Swedish, deep tissue and stretching techniques, to help clients achieve relaxation and restoration. I plan to add different modalities as my career advances, so I can better serve my clients

Usually get a massage monthly or bimonthly but away for a few months from my primary home and needed a massage. The chiropractor my wife is seeing recommended Relax 2 Heal. Received a deep tissue massage, and Loida didn't disappoint. Highly skilled and spot on where to concentrate with my issues.
