I got great relief from my visit and a good understanding of what I can do on my own to improve my tennis elbow.

Exactly what I needed! I needed to know what was happening and I needed someone to help isolate and work to resolve it. Gil did that in a very professional way. I would go back to him in the future and I would recommend him to others.

Gil has more functional knowledge and advice than any massage therapist, physical therapist or doctor I've ever visited. You won't go wrong with Gil.

Gil was able to untighten the muscles and ligaments just below the front of my hip which took the pressure off the femeral nerve. This relieved all the pain at my thigh, knee, and ankle and made my leg feel stronger when I stood on it so I could walk better. This was a great relief. He also did a great job of loosening the muscles in my back which helps my leg.

Top notch. 2 sessions in, and my knee is already tracking better on the bike. Working my way back to 100 miles a week with minimal pain.
