Myofascial Release (MFR)
5
Just walking into ZenJen's space offered a feeling of rest and peace after a busy day. I've been a client for several years and the new space is amazing! Jen begins by listening carefully to my concerns and experience, and through myofascial release (MFR) continues to work with my body, mind, and spirit to create healing, balance, and wellness. Highly recommended.
