Hello to all. I have had my state medical board license in massage therapy since 2011. My journey with massage started back in 2007 when I joined a sports medicine program to learn about basics about anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. Throughout my years practicing and, even throughout my work as nurse aide, I have been able to find ways to improve ones quality of life as massage has shown me that being gentle with oneself and others is what truly matters as we are trying to make the most of life. I specialize in deep tissue and stretching, athletic prepping and cool downs, in decongesting muscles and soft tissue associated with unaddressed or trapped emotions and general energy work of the body. As a massage therapist my goal has always been to help others settle back into their own body using compassionate touch with a reminder that not just their physical health matters, but that health care providers still care about treating the whole person mentally and emotionally as well. Massage therapy is a great way to send the message that there is still support and guidance left to be garnered in this world; That we can still connect with each other, but most importantly that we can trust the part of ourselves that knows when we need to be cared for. Have you gotten your massage today?
