Jessica is a licensed Massage Therapist with over 13 years experience working with a variety of clients all the way from relaxation benefits to sport related injuries. Being an athlete herself, she believes in the benefits of massage to help keep the body moving like it should. Her passion for helping people feel better and get back to what they love doing has motivated her to continue her education in bodywork and rehabilitation. She is a Multi-Sport Coach and works with people of all fitness levels providing bodywork and fitness training.
