Ehris is a certified Ingham Method reflexologist through the International Institute of Reflexology. She has attained Foundations of Herbalism and Practices & Protocols certification through Twin Star Herbal Education, and is continuing her studies.  Additionally, she is a Flower Essence Therapy practitioner.
