She knows just the points to massage and does a great job in focusing on knots to work them out. She uses a variety of techniques and has very strong hands. I would say the pressure hits right in that spot where it is pretty firm and edges into the space of being almost a little much, but I think that is what I have been needing. Highly recommended if you have stubborn knots, old injuries, or chronic issues that plague you!
