Tara is highly skills in a variety of massage modalities. She is an excellent listener and if asked will provide lots of helpful information about body systems, mechanics, and alternative therapies as they relate to massage and well being. She will work with you where your body is at and discuss your goals for the massage. I would highly recommend Tara, easily one of the best massage therapists in Northern Virginia.
