After obtaining an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy I decided to change course and became a Massage Therapist. I practiced for 3 years in Chiropractic offices and out of my home while developing my skills and pursuing continuing education classes. In 2006 Northern Virginia Community College approached me and asked me to teach massage. As my time with NVCC developed I progressed from adjunct faculty (part time), to lead instructor, to full time massage faculty and eventually program head for massage therapy. During those 12 amazing years I also became an instructor for Spinal Reflex Institute in Durango Colorado and eventually Director of Education with SRI, Itnl. I have had the privileged of helping over 300 diverse individuals become licensed in massage as well as teaching countless massage therapists how to address neurology through soft tissue pathways with Spinal Reflex Therapy. Opening a massage studio in Prince William County is an opportunity to bring this full circle. We have an outstanding team of therapists ready to help you find peace and quiet in your mind and body.
