"Adapt the pace of nature; Her secret is patience"

After studying Exercise Science at Dean College, I decided that a normal 9 to 5 job wasn't for me. I needed a career that integrated flexibility and one-on-one interaction with people in a safe, calm, welcoming environment. After studying Exercise Science at Dean College, I decided that a normal 9 to 5 job wasn't for me. I needed a career that integrated flexibility and one-on-one interaction with people in a safe, calm, welcoming environment. Becoming a Massage Therapist would provide the exact career path I was looking for.

While attending the Elizabeth Grady School, I completed 750 hours of massage therapy course work and training in multiple massage modalities, including:

-Swedish massage
-Deep tissue
-Sports massage
-Myofascial release
-Prenatal massage
-Orthopedic massage
-ROM (range of motion/stretching)
-Full body relaxation

I also completed 100 hours of course work and training in spa therapies. In December of 2010, I graduated with degrees in both Massage Therapy and Spa Therapies, and was licensed shortly after in January of 2011.

I also have a passion for energy work. In 2013, I completed training and was certified in Reiko I. The following year, I completed training and was certified in Reiko II and long distance healing.

My goal as a Massage Therapist is to restore, inspire, and promote balance into the minds, bodies, and souls of my clients. I want to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle, all while keeping their minds calm and bodies relaxed and pain free.
