I began my career in nursing (CMVTI, Auburn) working for several years in geriactrics and then with adults with developmental disabilities. During this time, I became a certified reflexologist (1997 with Footloose, Inc.). I then became a licensed massage therapist in 2005 thru the Central Maine School of Massage. In 2015 I trained and earned my license as a nail technician at Spa Tech in Westbrook as well as becoming certified as a master pedicurist,with the North American School of Podology providing advanced footcare.
My focus is in providing reflexology and advance foot care. I also enjoy providing craniosacral therapy and aromatouch massage.
I work part-time and enjoy my free time 'upta' camp, kayaking, birding and snowshoeing and skiing in the winter.
I am a member of MCR (Maine Council of Reflexologists) as well as the Corresponding Secretary, A member of RAA (Refelxology Association of America) and am also a Board member, ABMP.
