Adicel Speaks English, Portuguese, and some Spanish. I love cooking, gathering with family and friends, yoga, biking and running.

I can’t say enough good things about Adicel! Every session is completely individualized—he truly listens and tailors everything to what your body needs that day. His approach combines gentle but effective massage, cupping, movement, stretching, and heat in a way that feels both relaxing and incredibly therapeutic. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I always leave feeling so much better! Highly recommend!
