Claire Guy, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reflexologist-NBCR, Reiki Master, Personal Transformation Coach. A lifetime Maine resident with a BS in Education, Claire taught in the public school system and worked in the business sector as co-owner of a computer consulting firm for 15 years. In 2001, a career change involved an education in massage therapy followed by polarity, Reiki, reflexology and coaching. She has been providing all of her bodywork therapies in a private practice, in the SPA environment and for five years as hospice massage therapist. Claire was an instructor of the massage therapy program at a community college for seven years. For more than 30 years, Claire has taught adult education courses both in computer industry and in reflexology.
 
Claire maintains a private practice in bodywork helping to manage stress, pain, fluid retention, neuropathy and more. In her SoleWise Reflexology practice, Claire offers private reflexology sessions as well as teaching a full reflexology certification program. She teaches shorter classes on a variety of topics that help people recognize what is important and bring balance into their lives. Some workshop topics include self-help reflexology, chakra balancing and clearing and others.
 
When she teaches, Claire wants the participants to participate! Learning is experiential. No matter what workshop you take with Claire, you the participant, will take home activities that help bring change to your life.
