I attended the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, known for their anatomy and injury rehab training programs. I am certified in Neuromuscular trigger point therapy, which is successful for increasing range of motion in joints and relieving muscle tension. My goal with every client is to assess inbalances in the body and bring the various muscles back into balance with each other. This can be particularly helpful for people with chronic pain issues, repetitive use injuries, posture dysfunction, and athletes. My primary techniques are myofascial release, pin and stretch, and neuromuscular massage.
