I was a counselor for almost 7 years working with at-risk youth, addiction, and intergenerational trauma such as sexual and physical abuse as well as neglect. During my professional and personal experiences, I discovered the importance and healing factors that are contributed o holistic approaches. Thus, my journey with yoga, massage, and energy work began. I enjoy working with people that have the desire and open-mind to transform and heal their lives. I am very much connected to the Earth energy and the power of Love which I enjoy incorporating into my sessions.
