Early in life I had an interest in the body as well as wholistic and complimentary therapies. Massage therapy and bodywork had always interested me. In 2001 I attended Southeastern School of Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in Charlotte, NC and it has been one of my best choices ever! Having a pull to work with structural and functional aspects of the body, I entered the KMI Structural Integration training program in 2012 in Atlanta, GA. To continue my understanding of the human body and to further help those experiencing pain or somatic dysfunction, I went on to study various bodywork modalities. I enjoy helping people resolve issues of pain, injury, trauma and structural imbalances. I specialize in KMI Structural Integration, and Myofascial  Therapy.

Thomas is truly exceptional—an absolute master of his craft. What sets him apart is not just his skill, but his genuine commitment to understanding and addressing the root cause of an issue rather than offering a quick fix. I came to him with chronic lower back pain that radiated down to my left ankle. Previously, I had been told by a chiropractor that I would need ongoing (and costly) treatment due to misaligned hips. Thomas took a completely different approach. He identified the issue as structural rather than purely chiropractic and confidently said it would take just three to four sessions to resolve. He was absolutely right. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise, honesty, and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so skilled who also operates with such integrity and care. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
