My work is always tailored to your needs and because your needs are changing on a daily basis, each therapy session will include the techniques needed, whether it be deep tissue, trigger point therapy, etc.  to meet your current needs and expectations. You will receive a full 60 minute massage, because I believe an hour should be just that - one full hour. Of course, 90 minute and two hour sessions are also available.

I am Also a provider for Hands for Heros. Hands for Heroes™ is a nationwide organization of caring health care professionals who have donated their time and skills to provide therapeutic bodywork for our Nations Veterans.
