Integrative health, defined as using all appropriate therapeutic approaches to achieve optimal health and healing, became one of my passions during my study of Exercise Science and Religion at Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After graduating in 2015 with my Bachelor’s degrees in both areas of study, I explored my passion of integrative health in the education system and fitness industry; enhancing my knowledge of well-being and how it can be implemented successfully in everyday life. Realizing that I needed more experience in the hands-on approach to integrative health, I returned to school to receive my certification in massage therapy at The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, North Carolina, with a concentration in techniques that help with the rehabilitation of injuries. I look forward to working with you to enhance your quality of life through relaxation and improvement of old injuries.
