Since 2002, Jenny offers neuromuscular pain relief to clients from all walks of life from office workers, to weekend-warrior/professional/Olympic athletes, to car accident victims, and post-operative patients.

With a bachelors in Exercise & Sport Science from UNC-CH, Jenny continued her passion for the potentials of the human body by earning her certification in Massage & Bodywork Therapy. She then intensively trained with a highly regarded instructor for advanced neuromuscular bodywork, in addition to many hours of continued education in other advanced modalities throughout her years of practice. Jenny was invited to teach Advanced Techniques at a local massage school, and was able to pass on her love for her profession to rising practitioners.

In practice, Jenny's passion is to encourage realignment of the pelvis and spine to reduce mechanical tension on joints, allowing for nerve decompression, and neuromuscular tension release. Often described as deep and profound work, Jenny brings a unique style to her clients seeking root causes, not just treating symptoms. Understanding that the body is an eco-system, she takes the whole person into consideration, aware that the driving force behind inflammation and pain can originate in other systems of the body.

Jenny enjoys working with clients who want to take an active role in their wellness. She encourages clients to take personal responsibility in their nutrition, exercise habits, posture awareness, and mental health. Believing in the body's astounding ability to heal itself if given the proper environment, drives Jenny to encourage her clients to listen to the whispers the body relays, knowing that the body is in constant communication with each of us, and that pain and dis-ease are requests for change.
