I'm Autumn and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist in the best city in the world—Winston-Salem!

I graduated from the Living Arts Institute and I hold a BS from Winston Salem State University. I can help correct your posture (and your grammar, if you like!).

After over a decade in the massage industry, I grew tired of working for The Man (and working for men!). Now I'm a proud entrepreneur, contributing to the woman-dominated profession of massage therapy, with a focus on empowering women to put themselves first for once.

​I treat out of a century year old home in the charming neighborhood of West End, catering to women who are on the brink of exhaustion. I provide a body-positive, trans-friendly space where you can unwind and ignore the outside world. Leave your insecurities at the door; this is a safe space.
