Rachel Shearer is passionate about helping others and believes in being a part of something larger than herself. Over the past few years she has made it her life’s mission to continually grow and expand her knowledge of herself and of others. Through her own personal development she came to the realization that her goal in life is to share with others what she has learned - about the mind, about the body, about health and wellness. It was when she discovered yoga that she understood the benefits of a holistic lifestyle, one that caters to all aspects of a being… mind, body, and soul. Yoga gave Rachel a new perspective on life and the world at large. Now, she is sharing that perspective through Massage Therapy and the act of mindful touch.

Rachel received her education at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC. She graduated in April 2014 at the top of her class. She is currently licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and practices the following modalities: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Condition Specific, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, and Hydrotherapy.
