I have been married to my husband since 2003 and we have 3 beautiful children who are active in school and community activities.  I have owned several small businesses as well as volunteered in many different leadership roles in the community.  I am very community minded and my focus is to serve others and glorify God in all that I do.

I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massages Therapies as an RMT in June 2019.  I have training for Swedish relaxation massage, advanced assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, TMJ dysfunction and lymphatic integration.  I have really enjoyed advancing my skills as a student and I look forward to helping people increase their quality of life by providing assessment as well as a safe and effective treatment plan to target those specific needs.  My goal is to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal and decrease stress.
