As a certified Spinal Flow practitioner, Carla uses a gentle, science-backed approach to help release stress, improve spinal alignment, and restore balance within the nervous system. Through precise touch along specific access points, Spinal Flow helps to reestablish brain-body communication, reduce tension, and activate the body’s natural healing processes. This technique supports clients in achieving lasting relief and a deeper connection to their inner vitality.
